Cap on humans?

There is an obvious problem with humans trying to log in, however do they even mention a fix for this? no, what I think is going on is they are not going to fix it for a few days since the human area's are overcrowded since people all seemed to have started at monkfield.  Its a joke paying full price and not even being able to play the race I want, smart tactic though!
