Sorry for this, but must know, other people with succesful preorders but STILL cant get in?

How many of us are aorund here? I preorderd 2 copies after literally spending 2 days straight refreshing and timing out and refreshing etc etc... so I was all happy I managed to get one for the spouse and me.. but I haven't get been able to play with just the "account not active" error even though my cards been charged yada yada.

 

Anyone whos IN the game, how many does it seem like are in?

    Yep, after i patched it 14 hours ago i have not been able to play it, since i wanted to be human and I have an issue with the launcer that accured when i wanted to start at the heart of anna, hopefully it will be resolved after the patch.

    na i meant are there people with acocunt errors stil or am I just fubared lol

     

    According to IRC there are but of course theres all these people here already in the game

    I just recieved an email stating that my preorder transaction on my CC failed.  Which is complete BULLSHIT because i have 3 charges from them on my CC.

    So i have no idea whats going on there

    Mine DIDNT fail....bought 2 preorders, got charged for both, backorder page tells me my preorders were successful but I get "Account not active" #3 error

    Sym, were you charged the 2.52/per order fee or the full fee?

    Well I think that is what they are trying to fix and why the next wave of pre orders is held up. Hopefully they get it resolved for you soon and others can order their copy.

    My account is active and works fine , had a friend log in and play a bit but I cannot get past the connecting to character creation. Always times out. I'm guessing it is some issues with HughesNet blocking ports or something I do not fully understand . I do know they are notorious for being a bad isp for gaming.

    I orders Verizon air card and supposedly they expended the 3g network here so I'm going to pray that works because I have no idea how to get this isp to let me in. As it stands I am aiming to be 100 % crafter do to the latency of my internet but perhaps the new one will remedy that. Then again still might stick with crafting idea doubt there will be many around for some time.
