Darkfall - Failed Credit Card Transaction

This is to notify you that during the pre-order of Darkfall your credit card transaction failed. Please contact your credit institution for more details.



Please note that we are just relaying the information we’re receiving from this transaction. Please do not reply to this email asking for clarifications because we do not have more information regarding this topic.



We will make an attempt to re-process some of the failed pre-orders on Friday February 27 and we hope that this issue can be resolved. Please log into account management https://www.darkfallonline.com/accounts/f/default.php and update your information. We are aware that the account management system is very busy due to demand. We would like to ask for your patience in dealing with this and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.



More copies of Darkfall will become available soon and you will have the opportunity to try again. Soon we will offer more payment methods like PayPal, Direct Debit, Pre-Paid Cards, etc.

Anybody else get this message as well ? im a bit scared now because i updated my preorder around 22.00 and they sendt this around 24.00 But im guessing it was for the first try on the preorders hopefully

    I got it but it's complete crap.  My preorder cc transaction worked i have the statement to prove it.  I called my cc company and they said nothing has come through that has failed.  So they're covering something up with this i just dont know what.

    Got it as well. I was using a debit card so that may have been the problem. Switched to a CC now so I should be good to go.

     

    Gabel I also got this after I updated my preorder. But dont worry it is reffering to last night when they tried to bill us the first time.

    They never attempted a charge after the pre-order according to the creditcard company. I'm thinking they got tired of processing the orders, said F*** it, the rest can wait till tomorrow.

    Same I called my cc not even a hit form them. THERE hiding something!!!

    As you all might have read, most people getting these messages are using debit cards.

    This is from a different thread....Hope it helps...Just FYI you all should really be patient with this game...It was to be expected...But hey its your money...do what you want with it...I'm really eager to play the game, but I dont want to go through all the mess you guys are...I can wait...

    Not necesarily true in all cases....I lived in Europe for 12 years and have used this account all over Europe.... including Greece, and never had a problem.  They also seemed to have no problem charging a lot of people the pre-order fee.....if that showed up, then they should have been able to charge the final price also.
