LOTRO: No quest markers but the description for quests are quite helpful.

WAR: Has markers on the map to indicate where the mobs to kill or turn in is at. That said most people lvl by scen.

Atlantica online: Has auto travel to quests (you can turn it on and that will take you to the location) plus their is compass to point the way.

Eve: has auto pilot for its agent missions, if you are into those.

AoC: has markers on the map similar to WAR.

    Runes Of Magic

not only is there an objective tracker on the minimap, you can  toggle an NPC pointer (directional arrow on screen to give you directions, AND FOR THE SUPER LAZY YOU CAN HIT THE FIND NPC BUTTON AND IT WILL WALK YOU THERE ON FULL AUTO AROUND OBSTRUCTIONS

You have probably tried it but CoX had a compass type directional guide to each mission, very easy to navigate. The insides of missions are reused a lot, so you will get to know them quite well, no chance of getting lost.

DDO has a log of the quests available and which ones you have done to what level, it will also tell you who to get the quest from and where the entrance is. They also appear on the map, but it is still quite common to have to be reminded where to find them. So probably a bit more awkward than you are looking for.

Yeah, and there are improvements to DDO maps comming in Mod 9. Shrines and chests will be visible on the map, quite helpful.
