How about the game shouldn't be like this whether it's the 2nd day or the 3rd day?
I don't know why they expected to have a smooth launch without any actual open beta. You have to have a true open beta in order to test the demand your servers are going to see.

Yeah i completely agree i feel sorry for those poor poor souls who gave their money for a dream.

Yep Tasos sold them a dream.

I'm not sorry at all about giving my money over.  The same sort of issue's have been present in all other mmo releases I played, whereby server's had to be taken down to fix a handful of probs.  AOC for example I remember servers being down for two to three days because the server kept crashing every two mins.  The release is just the same as any other mmo, and I am impressed by the amount of patching there doing considering the size of their team.  I fully anticipated this would be the case when I parted with my cash, and the dev's have given 3 days of extra gaming time to compensate so no compliants from me.

Also I would prefer for them to take the game down now, and spend as much time as they need making things stable.  They are doing this and I'm sure once it goes back up things will be as they should be.  They have fixed the sync issue which was the one real problem once the game has had, and now they are just working on a login issue which effects some players.  The servers will be back up shortly.  I reckon from here on they will have a scheduled daily patch, which will eventually be cut down to 2 patch's per week and then 1 per week.
