Are customizable guild laws in?

This is for beta testers, I made this same thread in the beta forums back in beta and no one knew the answer. Are guild laws in at launch?

Is there a map, like said in the faq, that allows you to see what each guilds tolerances are, and what each guilds allies are (I never saw one while in the game). I know that you can choose your guild tower to attack everyone that's not in the guild, but can you set your towers to ONLY attack enemy races or ONLY attack blue players, etc.
