I'm just thinking out load here.

With all the problems with pre orders and orders (I know a lot is to do with how many people they can allow on the game server just now - hence limiting sales), maybe a deal with Steam allowing them to handle the sales/content delivery would be a good idea?

Allowing Aventurine to concentrate on the important stuff.... gaming!

    No, becouse all you can do on steam is buy and download the game. This would not solve the problems they have right now. Still they would have to have an account page and a game server and still they could not handle the numbers. Beside that, I doubt it will be free for AV to sell it trough Steam.

    True, but maybe it would give them more time/resouces to get things right.

     

    Sure, Steam guys would take a %age I guess. But maybe that extra market base that Steam can reach and the lack of bad publicity would more than match any losses using Steam. But yeah, they would still need the game server(s) more stable.

     

    ... I just want to play Hope I get as addicted as I was to early AC!
