Yes myself and others have discussed this on the Acclaim TCoS forum. I am really disappointed there will be no PvP server at launch. I sure hope they have plans to create one...and when they do allow free transfers to it.
How many pvp servers do the other publishers have?
Not really sure, but they are such small locales as far as the gaming community goes.
Only way for us to get a pvp server, is to go post about it on spellborns forums.
