Account and potential technical problems...
Sorry for starting a thread so soon after my other one. I purchased the game and now I'm having some problems.
1: After doing the basic of the account, I made a mistake on the payment-form. I selected the wrong kind of card. Well, I couldent go back, so I closed the window to try and find a way to pick a form of payment from my account, but nothing there tells you how. It doesent mention my form of payment, and it thinks I'm on my free trial or something...
2: I decided if I was on a free month trial that I could likely play the game. When I tried to connect, this is the message I got: "Error: You can't use client application 'ryzom_live' (Error code 53)"
Well. That sucks. I decided I'd complain about it on the forums, maybe get some help.
I tried to log onto the forums and "*My login name*, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
That was from trying to log on.
Is this an issue with payment, is it something with Ryzom, or something with my computer?
