And yes, Tibia is far mor hardcore than Darkfall just by the fact it has LV. Full-loot and skill loss is just a bonus.

I dont think they implemented experience penalty in this game, they want people to fight and conquest everyday.
Loot is easy to recover: Full loot is a reason to kill the one you have in front of your.
Experience is time consuming to recover: Experiencie penalty is a reason to avoid a fight.
They want you to fight, this is why they used this system.
