Invalid CD - key

Bah, today i bought Horizons in great anticipation, hoping to join asap. I got home, installed it and registered... almost... at the end i got a red box , invalid CD key... GREAT

I retried it about 20 times, but no, doesnt work...

I contacted support, no reply yet.

seems someone "stole" the cd key.

any advice?

Same thing happened to me. It seems the batch that was shipped to Australia all had dodgy CD keys or ones that hadnt been activated. You may have received a bad batch also in your country. I contacted our distributor who read out another CD key for me over the phone but that still didnt work.  I emailed horizons support and the next day it worked for me, not sure if support did anything or not as i never got a verification email from them but it is possible that they activated my CD key.

Its very important when u contacted supprt to provide your CD key if you havent done so already.

I got the same message yesterday, but mine was the key given to me for the 10 day trial, no response from the help desk yet
