looking for a certain kind of mmo

im looking for a kind of mmo that lets you have a house that you can go into and decorate and stuff like that but i dont want the mmo to be daoc swg or coh and are there any of thous out there that are free mmos 2?

Try looking up Saga of Ryzom. It has player housing and is free to play now.

Runes of Magic is a free MMO that has player housing. It's fairly basic, the house is basically an instance of a room, that you can decorate as you wish. There may be other free to play MMOs, but I don't know of them myself.

As for pay to play, Everquest 2 has a similar system to Runes, but has choices of different types of rooms in different areas, and if you've got the cash, you can get a house in one of the cities. Those are mostly for guilds though.

Lord of the Rings online also has a housing system, it's quite similar to daoc in that you have a seperate housing zone, but in lotro it's done using instances, so you have so many copies of each housing area, one in the shire, one in bree etc, with multiple copies of each.
