Prefer P2P. I already have guild wars. WAR seems good but people are saying that theres not really that social and the social aspect of MMOs are what is most important to me.

Warhammer currently has a 10 day free trial.......I recommend you try it out.....Before I tried it I had zero interest in buying the game.......The social aspect was better than what I had heard from here........In my 10 days I had invites from several guilds for different alts and several of those guilds had 150+ members......It is a game that yo uhave to play and make your own decision.
I'll give you a quick opinion on some of the games I've played.
Warhammer Online: WAR lacks in the social department ALMOST as bad as WoW. The game is way to linear and too much of a theme park. For the time I was on there (about two months) I hardly ever grouped because everything could be done by yourself. People weren't interested in grouping much, and getting a PvP group together felt damn near impossible. If you want a good community with PvP, I do not suggest WAR. However, that is just my opinion, and as the other poster said, there is a 10 day free trial and it never hurts to at least try it out.
World of Warcraft: No. Just, no. Don't even bother.
Darkfall Online: I recently tried this game but decided it wasn't for me. Despite that, I think it's a game with a lot of good concepts and it just needs some polishing. Community in this game is a lot stronger because it's necessary. You simply can't run around by yourself because you'll just lose everything and make little progress in the world. It's a sandbox MMO where the lore is heavily driven by the players and not PvE content. If you're hardcore PvP and can deal with losing all your stuff (free for all PvP and loot systems in place) this may be the game for you. It was just recently released and has a lot of problems, but the core concepts are there. The only downside it's hard to get a subscription because they are limited.
Dark Age of Camelot: DAOC for me has the best track record for good PvP and for a good community. DAOC players are hands down the most generous and helpful people you will find in ANY game. I'm actually in the process of trying to update the patcher right now for this game so I can play again. RvR combat is in designated areas only like WAR, and is strategic and fun (but this is only really true at the highest levels. The level cap is something like 50 or 60). There is one glaring downside to this game though, and that is since the release of WAR the fan base has dissipated heavily. There typically are only 400-800 players on the classic servers (which I suggest joining over the regular servers) and 800-1500 players on the regular servers, and that is across more than one server. Players are starting to slowly come back though. Anyway, I highly suggest this game if you're looking for a good community and fun PvP.
