Questions about MoM CD key / Referrals

A friend and I were looking to purchase this game, and we were wondering if the follow CD key to buy MoM for $30 is legit? We both could swear we saw the link for it here at the official site, but we wanted to make sure. This is the link where the key is at: onlinecdkey.com/index/lord-rings-mines-moria-p-219.html
Also, we both each have a founder's referral, and we were wondering if we took a break from the game for a little while and came back, would we still have the $10/month sub or would it revert to the $15/mo sub?

Don't do it, buy the box, no reason not too ( I also question the third part selling keys myself). The complete edition is about 30$ (sometimes even 19 at Best buy) and includes both games.
If you have a founder referral, you have to have an uninterrupted subscription to keep that price.
