aside from the obvious possiblity those threads were created only to troll, there would need to be 100s, 1000s of threads per day to be significant, and this would be backed up with lots of new subs being opened up daily by Aventurine.
neither of those things are happening. Objectively, Darkfall appears to have a very high retention rate, but only Av can know for sure.

You realize no one in this thread gives a shitt about retention, your the one that brought it up. The game only support 10k on a good day, meaning that any accounts they do open up for sale ARE canceled accounts, as they reached 10k in the first week, WHILE THE SERVER WAS DOWN FOR THE ENTIRE LAUNCH AND WEEK AFTER.

Be prepared to watch it drop to the bottom of the list. It's biggest draw is the fact that it was the next game coming out... now it's out and it's mediocre at best. Whatever the next savior of the MMO industry coming out is, it will take away all those recently visited stats you are crowing about. That's the way this website works. Good or bad, these forums are full of people looking for a new game. he people who are happily playing have fa4r fewer posts per day than the people who are perpetually between games.
