I started playing this game the other day, and I got to level 10. I then picked my dual class. My guy is now a Rogue/Scout.
Now, I'm a little confused. If I want to level my new Scout class, which starts at level 1, and I have no weapons for it, do I have to go all the way back to the very starting area and start killing stuff there again, or what? Or can you level up your new class while playing the level 10 one? None of it is explained very well either.
All in all, I think that the game is pretty well put together. One thing that always bothers me about F2P games, especially Asian created ones, is the grammar/spelling errors, and how sometimes the stuff in your character sheet or backpack always rolls off the side of the graphic, in a really horrid way. This game doesnt seem to have any of that. Which is great.
But it also has a severe lack of information. The wikis for it are kinda lacking too. Also, anyone know any good guilds for the Govinda server? Heh.
Take care.

There's only one way to lvl up your lvl 1 class by playing your lvl 10. That is to do the quests with your lvl 10 class and switch before turning them in. This is a neat trick at higher lvls, but at your lvls, it's a waste of time.
You have two options when you start lvling your subclass. You can either go back to the "old" starting area, and find a few new quests that should be available now. Or, you can teleport to Reifort, you learned that spell when choosing your subclass. Press k to find it, it's under the leftmost tab. That takes you to Sascilia Steppes, which is an alternative zone, with contents for lvl 1 to 20. You'll also find an alternative zone beyond this place, up to lvl 34.
What severe lack of information? I never had any problems finding out stuff. The game was released a week ago, complaining about the wikis, which are made by average joes, not the devs, is silly. Give it time, ppl need to experience content before they can write about it.
EDIT:
You're completely wrong when you say that the subclass system isn't explained very well. It is. Tonight I leveled one of my crafting alts a few lvls, and when I got to Varanas to get my subclass, I decided to pay a extra attention - I knew the info was there, but didn't remember exactly where. In the class hall, where you choose your subclass, the trainers stands in a circle. In the middle of that circle are 2 npcs, the man explains about lvling your sub very well, and tells about the 2 choices you have, which I mentioned above.
So next time, please pay a little more attention. The game has its faults, no doubt, but there's no need to make up problems that are not there.
