first off please no trolls or "game sucks" type posts.
I am a star wars fan, i downloaded the trial a few months back tried a few of the classes got them up to like 15 or so and just got lost.
I tried ffxi last week and they should just say on the website "not meant for keyboard/mouse play". I uninstalled it because it was annoying just to move. anyways back to swg.
a few questions that i could use some help with.
I obviously enjoy starting off a jedi, is that a suggested starter class or would something else be more noob friendly?
it's been a whle i cant remember the planet you get on when you get off the tutorial / training missions station. Last time i played this is where i quit. I did a few missions, nothing really pointed me out to anything, i ended up lost with what seemed like 100's of ghost towns of player houses. My question is there a beginners quest guide anywhere to help you along these levels when first land down after the training missions?
This relates to the question above. I heard that at a certain level i will encounter a boss on the legacy questline that i cannot solo? I also heard its impossible to find help to do this? If it's possible do you have any recommendations? I am on the east cost of the united stated is there a suggested server highly populated wher ei could maybe find some in game help?
one thing that is really annoying me is some mobs i shoot they speed moonwalk through me to other sides etc. Is there a lock target fire type thing? it's overly annoying when this happens.
what kind of time do you expect it would take me to level up to become a "player" in the game and off the grinding to get decent spectrum?
I dont really understand any of the end game aspects. What kinds of things can i look forward to later on? What keeps people playing this game in the end?
thanks in advance.
