Help me with the pre-order and reserving my name

Where can I found out information about the contents of the pre-order? I checked the offical faqs and didn't find the info I needed. I recieved one disk from EB but a friend of mine said there should be 2 disks..?? The main reason I am asking is because on the disk I have I don't see any info at all about reserving my charcters name(the biggest reason I bought the pre-order) and I also don't see any info about the pre-order ingame item(the bow).

I have checked the official faqs and could not find any definate answers to my questions.

    I asked the devs myself cuz i had the same issue and they said the process of how its gonna work its not done yet and thats why u can't create an account right now but it should be done before the WPE comes.
