Should be fine. As above, I can't really think of anything you need the keyboard for other than chat. Also, for if you can run it, I would think you will be ok as the game isn't really that intense graphics wise. I'd say if you could run WoW you should be able to run TCoS. The game really does look good but it's not high tech.

This would be a really, really hard game to play with only one arm.  The controls are set so that you move around with WASD-type movement on the keyboard with one hand, and simultaneously point and aim with the mouse with the other hand.  I can't imagine trying to do both of those with only one hand, and you can't just ignore one of them.  WoW combat is a lot less intense than here.

My guess is that you're a lot more adept at doing things with only one arm than I am, and that you've got a mouse with quite a few buttons on it.  You'll need, at minimum, six buttons for movement, one to attack, and a scrollable mouse wheel, all immediately accessible and simultaneously useable during combat.  I didn't get very far into the game before deciding to wait until release to play more, so you might need more than that further into the game, and I wouldn't be aware of it.

As Quizzical said it is maybe a bit hard to answer as I am sure you can do things with 1 hand were I would use 2,I think the thing you have to remember is you have to dodge attacks while aiming your attacks and firing of those attacks and combat is very fast paced.

You get the unlimited free area and costs nothing to D/L the game so it is for sure worth a go and then you can see if it is for you or not.

If someone had came up to me in 1980 when I was on my Atari 2600 and said we will be playing games with thousands of people at the same time.I guess my response would have been,"but I only have 2 joysticks"

playing a runemage is kinda pointless to dodge because most of the time your drained of your physique which impairs your movment greatly even some of your spells like combustion drains it , which makes dodging pretty much impossible.

but the good thing is that runemages or any mages are very good solo because they get heals and life taps .

if you decided to play well that a different story dodging is a must .
