Thank god i got a refund, but wtf are they thinking closing down the guys support tickets and his threads without helping him? Why would a company treat their customers like that? god...
One of the guys (RIF) whose account was not working sent multiple tickets and AV shut each ticket down. Turned out his account had three letters and its should have had four but the account creation page/server code has no validation whatsoever. The problem was worked out entirely by the customer and at no point did AV help or intervene.
AV customer support is none existant and is essentially lip service. There is not even a "technical" area on the forums. How lame ass is that ? AV as a company deserve to die a slow financial death if they cannot do simple things like this.

Posts about being charged 3 times for one account
Posts about single account and accounts (plural) from three days ago not being accessible
Posts about support tickets which get shut down with no reason
Moderators closing ranting posts about problems accessing accounts with no pointer as to were to go for help.
No forum for support/technical advice
Why would anyone want to risk buying an account. Sorry but AV stupity is right out in the open for all to see. If not having an account means your a troll then I am gald to be the biggest troll ever of DF. Least it means I have a small grain of common sense. Foolish fanboys

You seem to love Dark-n-Fail so much that you spend a lot of time here counter trolling instead of playing and therefore avoiding the game.
Must be a really great game for the 4 or 5 of you to spend every moment of the day on here vs in the game. Guess you are all trying to avoid it.

What is really sad about the guys problem is the amount of support he gets from his fellow players, none whatsoever, they infact turn on him for having a short name.
Rather than look at the problem these ppl are more interested in berating/belittling this guy, I guess if it isn't happening to one of those giving the OP grief then everything is fine.

Yea, pathetic ehh? They probably have the worst community I have ever seen. I thought the AOC forums were bad, those are worse... everyone is trying to defend their game YET attacking people who have problems that want to play themselves...
