Hey, I'm from Aus & wanted to know if i was able to download the full game online from turbine (not with download manager) because it says "for North American Accounts Only" or does that just mean you can only get into American servers?

well, i know plenty of Australians that play on Brandywine, and i live in the US, so it shouldnt be a problem i wouldnt think.
There are two versions of the game, the EU version, and the US version. If you want to play on a EU server, you need to buy a EU box (and deal with codemasters) if you want to play in the US server, you need a US box.
Try ordering online from the region you wish to play on. Anything you find in your local stores will only be playable on the servers of your region.
