At least for now.

So I recently returned from a 6th month long trip to a fun little place known as Afghanistan and upon returning I realized I didn't really want to get back into the game I was playing before I left and wanted something fresh and new.

So with this task I've given myself I decided to dive threw different forums all over this site and others to find a game that screams "PLAY ME". Well I'm sure if games had a voices they would all say that but TCoS is the one saying it the loudest. (I'm also and looking forward to Aion but who knows when that will come) So as of right now I'm downloading the game and hopefully tomorrow after work I'll be able to start adventuring a new world with new and exciting things to do.

Now it's time to do some more research and figure out where to go next. So see ya later.

PS. What's a guy gotta do to get his stars back? It's not like it's my fault I couldn't get on each day and give my words of wisdom to all you forum folk like I would have liked to.

Yeah the more you talk in the fourms nad stuff the stars go up. It doesn't take too long.

Hope you like the game as well. The community is really friendly for the most part. I'm playing tcos at least untill Aion.

I don't know what it is but there seems to be a large overlapping group of tcos players that also really excited about Aion :)

Yeah, game is addictive. I do what I do and I end in game with my Void Seer, even if I have better stuff to do IRL.. :)

Hi, I started playing a week ago and liked it so much I subscribed.  I haven't done that since SWG.  I think this one has lots of potential and room for growth.  I'm on the pvp server under the name neobloodline.

I have been playing little over a week and I have subscribed without hesitation. everything comes together about as perfect as you can.  Game actually cost zero and the monthly fee is $15.00 US.

Haven't seen anything like it in a long time...

Good to have you all along for the ride

Be sure to spread the word though could still use a bit more pop on both the servers.

And should anyone happen to land on the PvE server /w AeonStrife or AeonsShroud I will be happy to answer any and all questions

    Welcome back!

I'm a recent convert to Tcos myself and absolutely loving it so far. Just hit level 10 and the game seems to have really picked up in terms of skills and new areas etc.

Totally different to other MMO's I've played and that's a very good thing. Now to work on my mates who're still playing WoW, 1 down 5 to go......

    hi guys

i'll play this game and now downloading

my question: as i see you dont have to pay to play. what is the advantages of subscribers and disadvantages of non

    thanx

Well, it is basically a p2p game with a trial. The only difference with other games is that the trial doesn't have a time limit, but a level limit. The max level that you can get without subscribing is 7. If you want to continue after that you have to subscribe.

You can find all the information here

    http://spellborn.acclaim.com/

You did go to the game's actual homepage?

Feel free to ask any further questions once you have read up on things a little :)

Yes, basically true, but it's worth mentioning that it's a P2P game where they give you the client (the box) for..

    wait for it....

    FREE!!

The client is what Funcom, Mythic, and those other guys charge you £35 for btw.

Oh, and btw, the trial lvl limit is 7.9.
