Yesterday, we announced and presented the Arena in the upcoming Patch 1.0.4 by posting a teaser text about the Skirmishes and the Leagues! You all enjoyed the announcement and are eagerly-awaiting the release of it. In addition to that we included some exclusive and never seen before screenshots of the Spellborn Arena and two fighters dueling, including fancy effects, new armors and weapons in a beautiful environment, all created by our talented art team!
A new day has come, and it is now the time for a new contest! Members of the Enclave and newcomers are invited to participate and use their creativity and imagination. It is an open contest and everyone can submit a creation, thus you might be able to join the Spellborn Community beyond level 7 if you win!
So, what contest is this you might wonder? Do you remember the screenshots from yesterday about the Arena? Well, we picked one them and added speech bubbles on it! The only thing you have to do is to create a really funny discussion between the two fighters by filling the speech bubbles. Our Spellborn CM and Dev Teams will choose the best ones and they will be posted on the official website of the Chronicles of Spellborn (winners and honorable mentions).
We will be choosing three winners of each language (English, German and French). The price will be a free month subscription (30 days) and a Special Edition in-game weapon!
Just like all competitions, there are rules, and here they are!
No swearing, cussing, or naming players.
You MUST use the image we have provided.
You need to fill the speech bubbles with your text directly on the picture.
The contest lasts 2 weeks starting today, Wednesday April 8, 2009 at 1530 hours (CEST) and will end Tuesday April 21, 2009 at 2359 hours (CEST).
You have to use our dedicated email address for contests to submit your creation.
Be sure to include a [EN] tag in the subject of your submission email.
All the submissions that don’t respect the rules will be ignored and deleted.
To submit your creation, send it to contests@tcos.com.

Also just as a side question is there any like full plate armor type Armor models in game or coming soon? Leathers and Piece Meal is alright it's just I was curious if there was going to be anything (aside from Silver House) like that.

Of course, the dev team is working on several armors that will be added to the game in the future (cloth, leather, etc...). They also work on new weapon designs (swords, shields, staves, polearms, etc...). However, they will be implemented when they will be totally ready. : )
