If you're willing to pay, I think EQ2 is extremely casual. You gain vitality when you're offline for both adventure xp and crafting xp (so they both go fast when you do play), there is a mentor system so if you play with a friend even if he gets higher level then you he can become your level and kill stuff with you and still get xp for it. You aren't forced to kill stuff, you can craft, but you aren't forced to craft either (though being able to harvest is needed for some quests). Overall it's a game where you can play for an hour a day and still get a lot done I think, but it is not dumbed down either which is a nice and rare equilibrium.
