Looking for a good WoW guild for non-PvP server.

Hiyas:) Some of you know me. I am a 25 year old genetic engineer working my way through grad school. I am intelligent, mature, and possess a keen tactical mind.
I am looking for a WoW guild for a non-pvp server. I plany to play an Undead on the Horde and take Engineering and Mineing as my trade skills(and armorsmithing if they allow 3). I plan to play a Wizard.
I am not haveing as much time as I perhaps used to to play these games, but I can still play all weekend on most weekends. I am looking for a mature respectable guild with hardcore players and/or roleplayers.
