eq2: XX days free w/ purchase? how many?

just wanna know if i get this game how many days do i get free before i pay per month... thinkin of getting till guild wars comes.

    The standard is 30 days of free play before you start paying the monthly fee. I doubt EQ2 will deviate from this.

    almost every one i have seen is 30 free days when you buy it. (agrees with coldmeat)

    Yeah, aside from a couple small variations, 30 days is pretty much industry standard at this point.

    Agreed, most likely 30 days included with purchase of software.

    I'm guessing the free trial after you buy it requires a credit card. My question is can you use a gamecard to activate it? I know no one probably knows but how did it work with the original EQ because I'm sure it came with a 30-day free trial but required a credit card to activate.
