TW announce caps will return

 I knew it,less than 24 hours after announcing that they were suspending caps in all test  markets they recanted and decided to have caps maybe just increased though.I use Greensboro,NC  and in their test region.I feel not only they are greedy they are now incompetent.How can you trust a company in any business model that does this type of thing?I will not stay with a corporation that does this.I have signed the petition against as well as emailing my congressman as well as the TWitself(I did this over a week and a half ago and guess what no response,they just hit the delete key I am sure)



 I really hope there is more competition down the road where I live and in other areas to stop this sort of thing.When there is only one other competitor it gives them free reign to do what they want to do
