AOC and Darkfall

I think a lot of people quite AOC and dont care for Darkfall because of the "relaxing" of rules. They lack of oversight and letting people say and do whatever they want is, at first glance, attractive for some people but than they quicly realize how much it destroys the game. We can whine about carebears and the like but the vocal minority, those who are griefers and those who call others carebears, is what that group turned out to be.

I think nobody cares for Darkfall because of the massive hype and exagguration Adventurine has been spitting out for years. They talk of the ultimate sandbox mmo with everything we event want. What we get is buggy (to be expected), Badly moderated, Terrible community, Poor graphics (i personally dont care) and not to forget shit game it fucking sucks compared to AoC.
To the OP, you realized you just might be openning a very nasty can of worms by posting anything with Darkfall in it? I used to be a hopefull for it, but after my experience with the other df fans and haters alike, I no longer post in DF. Sadly I gave up on that game for 2 reasons, one was the beta leak with the "benny hill music" and the other were the amount of agressive/negative posting and flame threads that occurred during that time. Needless to say, the community here turned me off to DF. And please take note, to everyone (fanboi and/or haters) I never mentioned in this post that DF is good or bad as an mmo.
Darkfall is great for the griefers who have been complaining about AOC and their new pvp system. Its great they can all go grief each other and have a blast. Thank you Darkfall.

The combat in AoC is terrible compared to Darkfall. How can you even attempt to compare the games?
AoC is your usual button mashing shite with instances and quests and all the usual crap that goes into modern MMOs. Whilst Darkfall has full FPS combat, freedom of play and is a breath of fresh air in the MMO world.
Your statement about AOC's terrible combat is totally inaccurate. The button mashing part is, but from the many gameplay videos ive seen of Darkfalls its acually worse that AOC's!
Darkfall itself has alot quests and the usual stuff that goes into other mmos. In fact recently they had to tell you not to go into dungeons lest you fall forever due to corrupted coding. The only thing Darkfall has overi other games is full loot....that is until earthrise and mortal online come out. Freeform play is in alot of other mmo's also.
