A little help regarding leveling and the opposite factiom

So i have been trying to answer questions that some people i know have been asking about aion. Some of them would not mind to pvp but they would prefer to level without being ganked and corpse camped. They would rather have a choice to level and some pve without the ganking (when they are not in the mood).

 

Unfortunately i cannot answer some questions (yet anyway) for them. Was wondering if someone could explain it better than i do.

You cannot be corpse camped in aion. You can pve on your side of the world and the threat of ganking is low (but the threat is still there). There is a smaller island were you can pve without the threat of pvp, the mobs range from lvl25ish up to 40ish I think (note: half this island is closed off in China retail at this time).

If you do pve on your side of the world (factions main land) everyone will get a warning that a rift has open and to be on guard.
