I have installd the game, the eu-vers. but when i try to log in im told the the concection faild.

    could be a daily maintance, they don't last long

    Could be maintenance.

    If it wasn't, then check your firewall settings (try to turn it off for a short time).

    If that doesn't help, fill in a support ticket on https://eu-support.tcos.com/ (use the email and password you registered with for the game).
