Knowing that there are a few out there, including people I know who have access to the beta without permission, they wouldn't really be bound by any NDA, especially in countries where ingame agreements do not count as legal documents.

    I am not sure how they'd persue them, its not exactly illegal.

    SOE might set their lawyers on them and file a cease and desist notice, but I don't know if they'd follow through with legal action, barring some sort of slander, or libel suit. Though, I don't think they would simply because it wouldn't be worth it financially, when there really wasn't anything to gain from it. Now if it were Mythic taking out full page ads in CGW or something, then yeah, but Joe Nobody complaining about beta on his blog? Doubtful/

    Most people who have some sort of access to the Beta would probably not say anything just to lord it over everyone, using the NDA as a handy reason to be that way ::::40::
