BFG 6800 GT OC version.....a question?

I am wondering how BFG's version of the 6800 GT holds up and how it might work using a 420W powersupply with just standard stuff connected to it (meaning I dont have a crack load of stuff connected draining power)?
After this..........my computer will be orgasmic!!
