Since the games live now why doesent MMORPG move this game over to the released games sections?

I think what he is referring to is the fact that the TCoS does not appear on the "released games" menu, nor on the "games in development" menu, where it was as recently as Thursday.
Just an oversight by someone at MMORPG.com, I'm sure.
