there has been a huge update to the game recently and i've read a lot of posts and forums regarding the problems in the game, specifically the titan server. a lot of gamers were furious with the unexpected blocking and server maintenance due to some bugs.
i am a player too and i even bought some items in the item mall, but pointing fingers, cursing and blaming the developers won't help a bit in making this game better. it could be frustrating at times but i understand the work developers are doing right now to keep everything smooth as possible. i may have some concerns but i try do address it nicely. to be honest, this might just be a F2P game, but the dedication of the developers in this game matches the P2P games. other people dont realize that maintenance is part of this game and unforeseen circumstances will probably arise as new features are added.
i feel sorry for the developers because i know that they are doing their best to make this game work. yet a lot of players dont understand what they're going through. so let's treat them with respect. my point is that our concerns and suggestions are valuable to them, and i know that they know that. i know they usually make promises they cant keep (such as estimating a scheduled maintenance and then they keep on extending). they can work on the customer satisfaction part, but im sure theyre trying their best, of course, without us gamers they wont have any jobs. so there, to all those dying to play when the servers are down, just keep it cool guys ^_^

Yeah, that's my main problem with the game. Which is why I thought the recent trouble was funny, it probably only affected big money spenders, those with multiple mounts.
Me, I've got a hackney I bought in game. But anything other than that is just out of my reach, at 150 million plus. Some people have all the mounts, billions worth.

true. i got temporarily blocked too. i guess everyone who went to titan were blocked. anyway i can play the game again. and to compensate for the game they gave me a heroes package worth 7 days. makes me hope for more problems in the future...i love freebies LOL
it's a bad thing that players taking advantage of some some one mistakes like this so called titan bug !!
we all know that this is not the players fault why this bug happen. !!!
if you really want to play a good game you must not take advantage of getting the items that you want so easily
it's good too feel that you work hard for what your characters got, it can be the mount or weapon or armor!!!
cause if you do bug abuse you will ruin a great game!!
that;s what i don't like to happen cause i really love to play this kind of game,.

It's better to lurk in forums and be thought a fool...than to endlessly "Quote" and remove all doubts.
For me i was really disappointed with the game when they released the titan server.. it gave a lot of problems... i know that it was not easy to the developers of the game but they should not rush releaseing it by not checking it all.. there's a lot of bugs... better if they took time to prepare not rushing it....

i agree with reanemeiko.. i know that the devs only doing their jobs and for me they are doing great but i hope before they release it they should have gone through testing. what could be the possibilities even the craziest thing that a player can do they should come up with that so there will be no problem when they release it.. then when someone do those stuff like that and that they will banned the players for a day or two? actually for me thats unfair because they are the one who release it thinking that they have done a good job. i hope this would be a lesson for them and be careful and be sure on what they are doing because i think this gives also a lot trouble to them than doing patch perfect

if they want to make the game more beautiful and fun to play..
they must not rush it!!
it's better to take a long time to make it perfect
than rushing it but having a lot of problems..
and affecting the players playtime..
but for the players they must respect the devs too,..
