Will Acclaim ever fix the downloader?

I mean come on the downloader has been borked for almost a week now, the PMB does not respond, if you download via Torrent you get the EU version, yet no news on the NA site run by acclaim. I read on the forum that GM's were looking for a soltuion that was on Sunday, so does that mean we can expect fixes from Acclaim rather than the developer?

     Sorry to hear you are having trouble.. What issues specificly? I am going to pm some information to collect your system logs so we can better troubleshoot, in the meantime anyone with issues using PMB to download their games can email via address in my Profile.
