Merge Some of the Developer's Corner Boards

Personally, as far as I can tell, the huge amount of boards in the Developer's Corner can scare off potential posters and / or readers, as it seems very dead with the massive spread of posts across so many boards.

To stop people from being scared of posting, I'd suggest a merge of the boards into three distinct boards, as now most of the boards overlap with the "general" one, anyway, and some of them are far too specific.

So, the three boards could possibly be:

General Idea Discussion

Programming Discussion

LFHelp

I feel these names are fairly self explanatory and would probably help attract more people to these forums, due to less complexity, and the illusion of there being more posts on the boards.
