Travel between Asmodae and Elysea

Sometimes i get the message " A fissure of time and space has opened between asmodae/elysea"
Is this a way to travel between the two sides? or does anyone know how to? Ill randomly get attacked by asmodians (im elyos). I always wonder how they get here.

That would be a rift.
whats a rift ?
I never did it, I only got to 19 before they booted me from the game. I don't plan on paying for the chinese version. From what I understand Rifts are portals that open up to enemy territory.
A portal to cross between Asmodae and Elysea lands.

Here are a few locations I have found, Also there is a rift location near the fire temple"not shown" (all these pictures are from the Elyos side). That is what they look like, You will get the MSG in chat and if you look in the sky you will see a blue vortex. The green / yellow dot on the map is the location of these two.

When a rift opens you will see this in the sky (should be able to see it from anywhere on the map).
