LF GTA inspired game

I am looking for a game with cops and robbers etc. if anyone has any suggestions plz tell me I am new to mmorpg's and i need help. One mmorpg i know of is APB www.apb.com is the website but its not out yet. so overall im looking for a cops and robbers game WITH GOOD GRAPHICS!!! and that is out now

    There isn't one as far as I know.  You are going to have to wait for something like this to come out.
