Okay, seriously why can't Turbine get this problem right?

I decide I wasn't going back to EQ2, Vanguard and would reactivate my account

 

I go to my master account for DDO and try to resubscribe and get a 30005 err code stateing that I need to update my billing information in order to play.

I try and update my information and such, and get a message telling me "we are sorry but we cannot update your account information at this time try back later" So I wait about a hour before trying again and get the same message with them.

After trying about the 100th time and getting nowhere I decide I will open my son an account and may be try to get the problem with my account resolved Monday morning when they were open. I give my payment information after buying a brand new account, create a forum name and such and boom, still can't get into the game even after trying on a brand new account.

 

After doing some major searching I find this link which was locked up

I mean if people are having issues with this, why in the hell aren't they trying to solve or remedy this.

I thought having subscriptions was a good thing?

I don't get it. A remedy for players who let others steal their accounts? That's what was the conclusion of that thread.

If you have problems with your original account, why don't you email Turbine and explain everything until it's working again or you hear why it's not? Writing here won't fix any of your problems, of course excluding the problem with your anger.

Turbine doesn't delete any accounts, they repeat it once in a while on forums. If there's a problem with the access to it, just mail their support. Forums won't help, and from my experience - mailing Codemasters running DDO EU solved the problems I had with my account. And it was some billing error too, so I think there are chances for a quick fix. Who knows.
