Dual boxing and game guard
I installed the game a few time ago. However I spent more time configurating my pc then playing it. I use a software to nativage between screen for dual boxing purposes. I am currently using 'input director', lots of people also use synergy.
However for some reason gameguard would block it, I am guessing it must be gameguard as I don't have this problem with any other applications. This is working perfectly fine with Lords of the rings online.
Does anyone else face the same problem? Also is same issue occuring with synergye? If that is the case I am thinking the only possible way to avoid issue and use only one keyboard would be to use kvm device.
Please advice!

I hate to sidetrack,but AION is using Game guard?? RFLMAO ,how pathetic to say the least and people think AION is a game moving in a new direction? pffft.
So you know,GG blocks any outside software,but if you look around you will find the solution to get past GG,i know where but i will not divulge to any more cheaters getting past GG,albeit you are not cheating really.GG is the MOST pathetic anti cheat software that has ever hit mainstream,it was freeware at one time ,so i imagine it is the cheapest solution,but a non working one that is total garbage.
What you will eventually see is any of the serious PVPr's will be linking several players so that they can walk around a powerhouse as they will have auto healing and auto backup.NCSOFT is suppose to be a big boy now,they can easily afford to get some REAL anti cheat software,a very lame ,typical Korean developer.

Does that mean that all keystroke application like autohotkey, hotkeynet. etc. are not working well either?

Id recommend checking out Innerspace as well, his new dual boxing software is badass when it comes to boxing. Window maximizer, keystroke broadcasting, easy configuration, great stuff.

None of the software Aion is using works well for ridding bots. I hear gladiator bots are running rampant.

yes only one pc, but gameguard will block any keystroke programs so they will not work. i remember asking on the duel boxing forums and said there is nothing for it. bah.

That is really funny, I just posted at the very moment on their websie. Just to have confirmation I would have to buy kvm device if I wanted to use one keyboard on two pc to play this game.

Due to the way Innerspace / ISBoxer works, I have yet to find a game that blocks it. Granted, I never tried it with many f2p games, however it ran just fine with Runes of Magic that has some form of anti hacking tools.
Cant hurt to try.
Is there a free way to test out Aion? I could give it a test run real fast.

There are still 2 free servers??!?!?!? DAMN, I could have been playing all this time..... but It would just make me sad to have to stop and wait for NA release anyway, so better that I stopped a few weeks back.

why not just pay? There are allot of English speakers on the servers i play...il be playing chinese client till NA/EU comes out

I would but the Lil lady wants to do the NA release only. After I kept playing in COB while it was still up she was lets say less than pleased. which equals sad times out of game.

HAHA Im glad im not the only one, there is an added bonus to not continue playing tho, you get to experience the high end content as new and not as a replay, so it wont feel like a reroll.
