 How do NCSoft China accept your american credit card number?  Is it all machine based so an actual person doesnt read the number?

    um, they don't.

    You have to use EGPAL or CN-USA or some other site to buy game time from.

     

    And to save you some grief, you have to know which region you are playing on before you add time to your account.
