Rare Blue, Yellow Items

I see lots of blue and yellow rare items everywhere. But have never found one. Anyone have any idea how/where they drop or to get them? Not sure if its from normal monsters or whatnot.

While playing on the Korean retail I started getting blue items via drops at lvl31. I got 5 blue drops between lvl31 to lvl35. Never got a gold drop. (you also start getting blue mat's for crafting around this lvl).

You can buy blue and gold weapons and armor with Abyss Points from an NPC located in the main city of each faction.  Also you get quest that will give you blue & gold items (gold item quest is around lvl41). Note that some of these quest are not in the Chinese retail as of yet.

If you are looking for dropped items then the best bet is to farm Elites.

You can get golden weapons through open world raids (those who have the decoration around the HP red-ish with wings).

Instances (level 35, level 43, 47 and 50)

Lucky drop from a regular mob

Buying one in your capital city with abyss points

Doing Betoni quest (level 45)

I believe you can get the quest for golden weapon  at level41.
