After around 6 months with no internet connectivity errors, losing it for 2 hours straight, just now, you forget how addicted you are to the net... lol ugh, My left ear is killing me from the cordless being pressefd to it, while on hold for 90+ minutes straight! When I finally got through I found out the entire state went down. hehe That HAS to be the very first time they admitted the error was on their end... lol whoa! cheers for hearing an incoming e-mail of renewed connectivity! hehe 
In all honesty, my High Speed providers are great, I have had them through 3 company purchases and was the very first high speed residential customer connected in my city. Living next to the Police Dept has yet another advantage. hehe
