mmorpg to party with people? grind pvp etC?

Something like WOW but that you don't need to waste ALOT of hours by doing quests alone all the time, i wanna start with a friend on any new mmorpg that we can go level together to 0-10 or something then if he or i play more than the other and one is 15 the other 30 we can  still go exp together somewere, i loved pristontale 1 cause every1 party there and level does not matter much, games i loved are WOW and CABAL but there you need to expend alot of hours making quests alone maybe sometimes with someone but i wanna something more social i love to go hunt with more people :S i don't like solo style
