I'm just curious about this as it seems to be a recurring theme.
Which of these categories do you most closely fit?
PvE - Political Conservative IRL
PvP - Political Conservative IRL
PvE - Political Liberal IRL

I'd say I'm all about Political PvP, both conservative and liberal. But if I had to pick one of those options, it'd be "PvP - Political Liberal".

I had to clean that up. It wasn't clear what I was getting at!
But that would be another interesting topic. How important is a political or strategic element to a good PvP experience?

PvP Political Conservative
That is not entirely correct since I am in reality more of a Centrist. At the time I lean towards the conservative side though.
PvE - Political Conservative, although like the person above me, I'm much more moderate than the right-wing whackos.

Where's the PvE/PvP - Communist IRL option?
Since when has liberal - conservative been the political dictonomy? o.O
It's usually left wing - right wing, authoritarian - liberal.
At least in the U.S. that's how it's usually broken down. In the real world lfe's a great deal more complex. Is a doctrinaire libertarian, for example, really more liberal or conservative? On different issues he falls in different camps. Is neoconservative ideology really conservative or something else? That debate still rages.
So you do bring up a great point. I'm just trying to figure out if my impressions are correct and I don't have any hard facts.
It seems very often forum warrior PvP enthusiasts attack fans of PvE as being wimpy hippies and PvEers tend to see PvPers as self-absorbed social darwinists or gung ho factionalists (nationalists). So are most PvEers really more liberal in outlook IRL? Are more PvPers really more conservative?
If this is true it would explain a great deal. If not there's another mystery that needs solving. Either way it could feed a new blog post.
