Mmo with good crafting, gathering etc ?

i want a mmo where i could play peacefully while gathering and crafting and it wouldnt be very boring.

examples? well pretty much perfect example would be eve-online. theoretically you could mine your way to extreme ammount of ISK (money in eve) and then if you are bored you could buy a laser shooting ship.

why im giving this example? well lets say in wow you could gather herbs 24/7, but your level would never increase. why? probably, because its not that kind of game lol.

    Star Wars Galaxies one of the most indepth and unique crafting system out there and fun. Lots to do and you are a full crafter profession and gain exp for crafting. You even get to use giant harvesters and factories to craft items (from starships to entire player built cities. :) Infact, NOTHING in SWG is sold by NPCs. Everything is player made and player sold.
