Need some help from someone in game

I got my 7 day trial key.  Then went to install the game.  I had played Horizons when it was first released but cancelled my account.  Now I was wanting to play again to see what had changed.  However, when I went to create my account, the account creation page freaked out because my credit card number was already in their database.  Now I cant get in.

  I keep getting told that my Key is already in use (since I had already plugged it in during the account creation) and every time I go to reinstall or download the client, I keep getting the same Key.  It must be cached somehow, but I cant figure out where.  I also can not get into the support area becaue it requires you to log in.  I cant log in because it says my ID and password is an invalid while on the other hand saying I still need to create an account.  I cant even find a place to email CS to ask for my info...  Aagggh   Ive never seen a game so hard to sign up to play. 

 I need an email address I can use to email customer support but there isnt one listed at istaria.com anywhere.

take my word of advice and don't bother with it. The game won't be running properly for a good while. but if you feel like paying to be a beta tester then by all means start playing

You can also go to https://support.istaria.com/default.cfm?site_id=358, or write in www.tazoon.com forums when they are up again. They will send you a new key.

I think you should check this game. I personally love it.
When you get in, create a character on order and send a tell to padishar, I'll get you started
