Why isn't Member "Submitted Screenshots" combined with User Images on game catagories?

I was jus wondering why Member Submitted Screenshots & Uploaded images of screshots in a game catagory are not together? It just seems a little strange. I think they should be merged. Either that or show User Uploaded Images from the game, in the actual profile of the game on the website. If you know what I mean.
