Breaking Bad Season Finale

If anyone here has wanted to try a great TV show that explores a whole lotta new twists in life, this show is for you.

I'm a sci fi junky, but this show captured me and never let go.

 

Anyone catch the last episode?

The last 2 have left me both sad and disturbed on a very strong emotional level.

Fan discussion to follow...  I hope.

    this post smells like bait.

    as for the op. I've seen the previews and it looked pretty good, but i've never been home the same time the show was actually on. I would like to hear more opinions though from people who actually did watch the series.

    The show is fantastic. The acting is unbelievable(especially the two male leads) and almost every episode has "edge of your seat" moments because you truely don't know what will happen next. This isn't a kid-friendly sitcom, and so you never know if or when something bad or good will happen.

    I sort of ignored it when it first came out but stumbled across the entire first season On Demand just before the second season premiered. All it took was one episode.

     

    As for the finale, without giving too much away, I was pleased enough I suppose. I still think a line was crossed for truely the first time in the last two episodes of the season, but that doesn't necessarily mean bad tv. Of course we also got to see Q hanging with a bald guy so....yeah. Good stuff.

    Love this show.  Only show I've ever liked more was firefly.

    I really liked Walt as the tortured, conflicted good guy tho....

    When he failed to help with the overdose he crossed a line and I really stopped empathizing with him.

    My prediction- Jessie and Walt will essentially reverse roles over time.

    I need to catch up with it. I watched the first 4-5 episodes of the first season and somehow fell out of being able to catch it when it was on. I'll have to see if its OnDemand or something. I did like it though.

    Totally agree with you guys on that line being crossed... It both upset me and made me angry at walt.

    It was purely fucked up!!!  John De Lance in there was like finding some rare loot drop from a boss in any mmo game.... I was thrilled to see him as the fatherly type, not that playing Q wasn't brilliant either lol  I very much hope that we get to see more of him, he's a GREAT actor.  And I was devastated they killed that girl!!! SHE WAS HOT and very well acted as well.

    I am glad to see that it's in the ranks of firefly too, that's one of my favs as well, if not THE fav I have.

    Curious about walt and jesse reversing roles though....If that does happen, it will be interesting to see how jesse can pull his life together.  I'm curious to see how walt, if he tries to do so, will repair his marriage.  I loved how she got the guts to confront Gretchan and find out what HADn't been going on lol...brilliant, she had an ace to play and walt fell right into it...BAM.

    Something so tragic as how it ended might be a catalyst for them to talk about what's been happening....

    I have a theory as to what may end up happening... and of course you guys are free to disagree...

    I have this theory that Walt and her sister are going to hook up, she's prone to being willig to do what ever serves her, and if they don't HOOK up litterally, then I think her husband will get in on the whole deal and use his position to help run cover...this is further down in the series, maybe a couple seasons down but I just think somehow they're all gonna get sucked in.
