any tips on passing your gear off to lowbie chars on the same account?

Unless you have a trusted friend that can pass it on, mail is the only way.

Why do mail take forever? You said you want to pass gear to your lowbie char and that means your actual char is not a lowbie, so mailing should be a pice of cake. Before level 30 there is a 50 wil condition for every mail but after that?

I really don't get where you wanna get...

yeah ... thought sending mails would take 50% Will each time.
